1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Fertara platform (mobile app, web app, and website), operated from Berlin, Germany. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
Fertara is a lifestyle and wellness platform providing evidence-based guidance on nutrition, movement, stress, and supplements for fertility. Fertara does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use Fertara. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscription
Core access: 29€/month after a 14-day free trial. Additional services (coaching, blood tests, consultations) are pay-per-service. Cancel anytime — takes effect at the end of the billing period.
5. Your data
You own your data. You grant Fertara a limited license to process it for providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI content
AI-generated action plans and recommendations are reviewed by our medical advisory board but may contain limitations. Do not use as a substitute for professional medical advice.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by German law. Fertara does not guarantee specific health outcomes.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are resolved in Berlin courts unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We'll notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
