Account, health and lifestyle data — only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9).
3. How we use it
To generate personalized action plans, power our AI companion, connect you with experts, track progress, and improve the platform.
4. Couple data sharing
Linked partners' health data may be pooled for joint action plans. Conversations remain private. You can unlink at any time.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted EU-based databases with TLS encryption, row-level security, and regular security reviews.
6. Third parties
We never sell your data. We share only with service providers (under data processing agreements) and healthcare professionals you choose to consult.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data and withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@fertara.com or the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection.
8. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Changes
We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
