Health Data Policy

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we handle sensitive health and fertility data.
1. Legal basis
All health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). You opt in per category and can withdraw consent at any time.
2. Security
Data is stored in encrypted EU-based databases with TLS encryption, row-level security, and regular security reviews.
3. Access
Only you, your linked partner (if applicable), and health professionals you book can see your data. We never sell or share health data with advertisers, employers, or insurers.
4. Your controls
View, download, or delete your data at any time. Withdraw consent per category. Unlink partner access. Delete your account — all health data is removed within 30 days.
